Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute are carefully curated and wildly fun. Designed to get customers in the door and keep them coming back, these age appropriate classes are rooted in child development theory and teach soccer (and other important life skills) in ways that best suit a child’s needs. Led by high-energy coaches, classes meet weekly for 50 minutes. Here’s what we offer:

Lil’ Kickers (ages 18 months–9 years): Play-based classes that teach the fundamentals and build coordination, confidence and a love for being active.

Skills Institute (ages 5–12 years): Soccer training with purpose. Weekly classes include 30 minutes of instruction and 20 minutes of non-competitive scrimmaging. Both curated to teach technical and tactical skills, teamwork, leadership, and build confidence.

Bunnies
18 – 24 Months | Parent participation.
Often a child’s first experience in a group learning dynamic or social setting. Coach-led sensory activities are designed to help children develop the skills to listen and interact in class as well as help them build foundational physical skills such as balance, coordination, running, and kicking.

Thumpers
2 – 3 Years | Parent participation.
The next step in the LK progression. Children and their parents enjoy coach-led classes that continue to build upon their fundamental physical skills, improve their balance, coordination and help build relationships with coaches and peers.

Cottontails
2.5 – 3.5 Years | Parent participation.
For those preschoolers who are not quite ready to be on the field without parental support. Classes help children develop independence while also teaching them social skills and fundamental soccer skills like running, kicking, balance, and coordination.

Hoppers
3 & 4 Years | Beginner
High energy coaches lead creative games to help children learn soccer skills, plus the skills needed to be a great teammate, student and friend.

Jackrabbits
3 & 4 Years | Intermediate
Fun, fast-paced classes tailored for children who are more athletically inclined, competitive by nature, or with prior class experience. These classes offer skill building opportunities through creative activities and an introduction to scrimmage.

Big Feet
5 & 6 Years | Beginner
A fun introduction to soccer for kids with no previous experience or who are just a little less athletic or competitive.

Micro Classes
4 – 9 Years | Recreational
Organized by age, these classes offer a variety of opportunities for the soccer-minded kid. The emphasis is on honing fundamentals in age-appropriate drill and game-like situations.

Level 1
Ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-12
Focus: Basic fundamentals like dribbling, passing, and attacking with numbers.
Milestones: Players learn to follow multi-step directions and stay engaged for the full class duration.

Level 2
Ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-12
Focus: Advanced Dribbling, Ball Control, Finishing, & Attacking progressions.
Milestones: Players maintain ball control, pass accurately, and respond well to coaching.

Level 3
Ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-12
Focus: 2v2 – 3v2 Progression, Possession, & Advanced Attacking.
Milestones: Players make strategic decisions, communicate effectively, and show an increased Soccer IQ.
